If you need to cancel or reschedule 48 to 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service.
There is a 10 minute grace period for late appointments. I book in 15-30 minute increments and need each one to stay on track for you, as well as my clients to follow. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled. Please notify me by text if you are running late.
Bringing guests or kids:
I personally welcome friends and/or kids into my studio space, however, logistically it may not work. The studio is small with sharp objects & expensive tools. I would ask for your first appointment, come in, see the space, and we can decide if it is best for you to come solo or together!
Our location is made up of individual suites. Please have a seat in the waiting room as you walk in or browse Market Street Boutique located inside! I will come and get you at your appointment time. If you are early and want to walk by my suite to see if I am ready for you, feel free to do so.
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal is the preferred method of payment. If you would like to pay by credit/debit, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your service.
Please come with your hair completely dry. It does not need to be freshly washed, that is my job:) Let me know of any allergies you may have prior to booking your appointment.
Refunds will not be given under any circumstance.
Redos are accepted if you notify me via phone/email within 7 days of your initial service.
If you would like me to wear a mask, let me know prior to your appointment. This is a building of tenants, all with the ability to individually choose vaccination status and mask protocols. All clients must sign a Covid-19 Liability Waiver and New Client form.
